Moulding is the preferred option when volume exceeds 500 pieces and justifies mould tool investment.

Multi Hardness Mouldings (MHM)

After many years of development we are now able to offer the MHM product which has the following unique features:

• Replicates body pressure mapping for optimal comfort.

• Puts hardwearing foam in maintenance areas to improve longevity of the product.

PREFABRICATED FOAM

Low volume foam production with complex shapes can be handled via a prefabricated foam technique.

This process involves using DAX™ foam blocks of differing hardnesses, cutting them to a specific shape and bonded the individual items together to form the product.
